Our Story
The Lane family’s roots in furniture go back generations. Long before BabyLane was established, their grandfather, John Lane of Cork, operated a bedding manufacturing business supplying retailers across Ireland. From an early age, the next generation learned the trade — from craftsmanship and product quality to understanding what customers truly need.
In May 2000, brothers John, Patrick, and Tim Lane opened Lane Bros Homestore in Tralee, building a reputation for offering high-quality furniture at exceptional value.
Over the years, that reputation has only strengthened. Through direct sourcing, hands-on experience, and a deep understanding of customer expectations, the business has continued to evolve — always focused on delivering quality without compromise.
