- Orders over €75.00: Free delivery (excludes furniture)
- Orders under €75.00: €7.50 delivery charge
Furniture Delivery Charges
Furniture delivery is charged separately based on the size and number of pieces.

2 pieces (pallet delivery)
Example: Cot bed & dresser
Cost: €45.00
3 pieces (pallet delivery)
Example: Cot bed + dresser + wardrobe or other bulky/heavy items
Cost: €65.00

- Bulky or heavy items may require pallet delivery
- Delivery times may vary; we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery window
Pre‑Order Information
Our pre‑order service allows you to purchase items in advance. Estimated delivery timeframes are shown on our website.
How Pre‑Order Works
- After placing a pre‑order, you will receive a confirmation email outlining the expected delivery timeframe
- Once in stock, your item will be dispatched immediately and you will receive tracking details
- Payment for pre‑order items is taken at checkout
Order Tracking
- We will provide tracking information where possible
- Delivery estimates are provided but may be subject to delays outside our control
- In‑stock items ordered before 10am are typically shipped the next working day
- Weekend orders may take two working days for delivery
Acceptance of Order
A contract is formed only when your order has been accepted by us. Receiving an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance.
Wrong Delivery Address Inputted
If an incorrect delivery address is provided and goods are signed for by another party, we cannot accept responsibility for resulting loss.
Returns Policy
Standard Returns
- You may return unwanted items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange (excluding the original shipping charge paid).
Conditions:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Goods must be in re‑saleable condition with receipt included
- If a package deal discount was applied, a corresponding deduction will apply to any returned item
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method
Returns Policy Exclusions
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned if opened or removed from packaging:
- Mattresses
- Pillows
- Bed linen
- Breast pumps
- Items with tamper‑proof seals
All products remain covered under warranty for faults.

- Deliveries take place Monday to Friday
- Furniture deliveries typically arrive within 5–10 working days (subject to stock)
- Please ensure adequate access for large furniture items
